By booking an appointment, using our website, or engaging with our services in any way, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please discontinue use of our website and services.
1. About Our Services
Kaizen Physiotherapy & Rehabilitation provides home-visit physiotherapy, online consultations, rehabilitation programs, sports recovery, and fitness services across Bangalore. Our services include, but are not limited to:
- Pain Management (Electrotherapy, Manual Therapy, Dry Needling, etc.)
- Orthopaedic Rehabilitation
- Sports Rehabilitation
- Neuro Rehabilitation
- Elite Fitness & Performance Programs
2. Appointments & Bookings
- Appointments may be booked via phone, WhatsApp, email, or the contact form on our website.
- All appointment timings are subject to therapist availability and confirmation by our team.
- We request at least 4 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee at our discretion.
- Home-visit services are currently available across Bangalore only. Online consultations are available regardless of location.

4. Client Responsibilities

- You agree to follow the guidance, exercises, and precautions provided by our therapists.
- For home-visit sessions, you agree to provide a safe, appropriate, and accessible space for the therapy session to be conducted.
- You must inform your therapist immediately of any pain, discomfort, or adverse reaction during a session.
5. Payments & Fees
Session fees, package pricing, and payment terms will be communicated to you at the time of booking or consultation. Payments may be collected via cash, UPI, bank transfer, or other methods made available by our team. Fees once paid for completed sessions are non-refundable, except in cases of service cancellation by Kaizen Physiotherapy & Rehabilitation.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kaizen Physiotherapy & Rehabilitation, its therapists, and staff shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, website, or any information provided therein. Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific session or package in question.

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software, is the property of Kaizen Physiotherapy & Rehabilitation or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
